Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve never trained before, is this for me?
Yes! Martial Arts is for everyone. Our Fundamental classes will start you off on the right track. No experience or fitness level required. Now is the perfect time to come try it out.
I’m kind of nervous. I want to get in shape. Do I need to fight? Will I get hurt?
Nerves are normal! Training can be very safe and no one is forced to spar/compete/fight. Our fundamental classes are meant for fitness and technique. If you’re interested in sparring/competing/fighting, we have our Evolve and Flow Programs which offer a more advanced approach with Live training included!
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and perhaps a change of clothes. Our facility has changerooms and showers if you’d like to rinse off after training!

If you're into yoga they also have a separate room with classes.
The first day was like a flow roll for 2 hrs. I learned that I need to remember "Position over Submission"
The second day I learned a sneaky armbar from side control. It's a really mean submission.
Thank you Adam and Renzo Gracie Orlando for treating me like family. Oss!
